These web spirit packs are an arrangement between Stadium System Inc and the School or Booster Club. Individual players should hand their order forms and checks to their contact. Make checks out to your Booster Club. No order should be given to Stadium System Inc directly, nor should any checks be made out to Stadium System Inc.
Items with any custom print needs to meet a minimum of 24 total pieces with the same exact logo and print color. The 24 pieces can be made up of any combination of items with print on them, as long as it is the same logo and print color. (ie 12 shorts and 12 shirts with an identical logo and print color equal 24 total pieces.)
Items with custom print will require 4-6 weeks to ship. Orders can be held and shipped complete, or the stock items can be shipped earlier, if the customer wishes to ship in backorder.
No part of your order will ship without a 50% payment. The other 50% to be paid upon receipt of the balance of the order.
No orders are complete until Stadium System Inc confirms the order meets all requirements.
Stadium System Inc will try to ship orders complete, but reserves the right to dropship or ship in backorder where required.
